Kevin Duxbury – Model Builder & Creative Kit Basher

Kevin Duxbury has been passionate about model building since childhood, but life—including a 10-year career in the army—led him away from the hobby for a time. In 2016, he rekindled his love for the craft, diving back into model kits with a fresh perspective and renewed enthusiasm.

A devoted Mad Max fan, Kevin first specialized in kitbashing cars to create post-apocalyptic Road Warrior-style builds. Over time, his interests expanded, and he now enjoys working on a diverse range of projects, including military models, classic car kits, custom kitbashes, and, most recently, figure modeling. Whether he’s reimagining dystopian vehicles or crafting intricate military replicas, Kevin’s work showcases his creativity, precision, and passion for the art of scale modeling.
